Annual Preventive Service Visits
Two (2) scheduled preventive visits per year
- Full equipment inspection
- Preventive maintenance without prior request
- Minor adjustments and lubrication

Response within 48 working hours
- Unlimited service requests for covered items
- Priority support from our customer care team
- Issue-based tracking and resolution

Spare Parts Replacement
Spare parts not included in AMC price
- If parts are required, costs are billed separately
- Prior customer approval required for every part replacement

Obsolete Equipment Clause
No service if spare parts are unavailable
- Equipment deemed obsolete due to unavailability of parts is excluded
- You will be notified with recommendations for replacement if needed

Extra Bed Charges
Standard coverage includes up to 15 beds
- For hospitals with more than 15 beds, an additional charge of ₹149/- per bed annually applies
